The Clothing Closet receives, sorts, and organizes donations for foster/adoption families. A Care Closet volunteer can take a shift or a day at a time; typical hours for the care closet are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-3:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00-10:00am or by appointment. Volunteering in the Closet might include some interaction with staff members from The CALL and/or the Department of Child & Family Services as well as with families (foster/adoptive and biological alike).

The Prayer team receives confidential prayer requests and praises weekly from staff members of The CALL (Saline/Perry), foster/adoptive families, and occasionally from the Department of Child & Family Services. Confidentiality is respected with the use of initials in place of full names, and these prayers/praises are not to be publicly shared, please. Volunteering on the prayer team might occasionally include an in-person training event, the invitation to pray over a family training, and prayer-walking events.
