Volunteer: Upper Room -- Pure Energy Worship Tour supportThe Upper Room Ministry has a youth choir called Pure Energy that learns and practices songs throughout the school year, primarily as a support to the overall mission of the ministry and the discipleship path of students but also as preparation for the annual Worship Tour during the summer. The UpperRoom is for 8-12th grade students of all backgrounds in Central Arkansas. Our primary goal is to move a student from wherever they are in their walk with the Lord to a committed relationship with God. Our strategy to accomplish this is found in these three words; know, love, transform. God knows us, loves us, and seeks to transform us. As a result, we can know God, love God, and be part of the transformation process with God. We believe that when this takes place, the inevitable happens; we genuinely know others, love others, and transform our world.
