The Clothing Closet receives, sorts, and organizes donations for foster/adoption families. A Care Closet volunteer can take a shift or a day at a time; typical hours for the care closet are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-3:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00-10:00am or by appointment. Volunteering in the Closet might include some interaction with staff members from The CALL and/or the Department of Child & Family Services as well as with families (foster/adoptive and biological alike).
The CALL is so appreciative of support from the community for it is their mission "To educate, equip, and encourage the Christian community to provide a future and a hope to the children in foster care in Arkansas."
