A midweek leader in the Verge is a relationship builder first and foremost. You are there to engage and love on middle schoolers for an hour and a half on midweeks. This leader aids in keeping the environment conducive to learning and experiencing the presence of God. This is done not just by sitting in the back and thumping ears, but sitting amongst the students and leading by example.
