- A Life Care group facilitator is a sympathetic listener who can guide conversations through a specified topic at hand, whether it is through DivorceCare, GriefShare, Alzheimer’s Support, or “Journey to Healing” for sexual abuse survivors. The Life Care group facilitator notifies church staff about anticipated semester schedules, recruitment and promotional requests, facility and curriculum needs, attendance records, and potential follow-up actions. Additional Life Care groups can be considered with a willing facilitator and a noted community need (ex. ESL, recovery ministry, etc.).
- A Life Care group facilitator is expected to attend the majority of the semester’s scheduled meetings and an annual commitment is appreciated.
